Moderation of the conference 'Building Bridges- Diaspora for Business and Development' at GIZ in Frankfurt (April 2012)
The objective of the conference was to discuss the role of the diaspora in the private sector and the promotion of business to business for co-development practice between Europe and Africa. The attractiveness of the southern markets as investment regions for northern SMEs, the challenges and obstacles for SMEs to invest in southern markets and the potential of the private sector for co-development were also reflected on.
