breathe to heal
one of the reaslons astanga yoga has healed me deeply is because of the purifying breathing technique, the so-called ocean breath.
when we dare to breathe we dare to feel.
and release emotions we hold in side.
it is the most wonderous gift of the universe, the breath. just hear the newborn take his first or the dying his last.
we can liberate ourselves through breathing, this is not for the fainthearted, some of us will release intense anger and grief, suppressed emotiones and conditioned patterns, from family, gender or cultural lineages.
and it is oh so worth it.. to evolve personally and as human kind
